Over 30 classes a week to choose from, including Pilates and Aquatic Body Conditioning.

  • Bodytrim — This class will use basic bench work to get your heart pumping in the first half of the class, and then you can use weights or other equipment for toning your whole body.

  • Body Sculpt — Use the Body Bar, hand weights, and the step for total body conditioning.  You will sculpt your legs, buttocks, and arms without any fancy choreography.  The last 15 minutes will target your midsection with dynamic abdominal exercises.  Class ends with stretching.

  • C.S.I. — Circuit Style Intervals - Cycles of 3 minute cardio / 2 minute resistance, repeated 8 times.  10 minute ab workout, 5 minute stretch

  • Kickboxing — For a cardio effect, try kickboxing moves!  Short, simple combinations that will get you sweating for 30 minutes - then abs and stretch.

  • Kids' Class — Physical education made fun!  Children will learn while improving their endurance and strength.  The younger kids also work on skills such as jumping, hopping, skipping, and fine motor movements.

  • Pilates — This exercise system focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the whole body without building bulk.  It is a series of controlled movements... done using fewer, more precise motions.

  • *Arthritis Aquatics — A series of specially designed exercises that, with the aid of the water's buoyancy and resistance, can improve joint flexibility and relieve pain and stiffness.  'PLUS' class has a 15-minute endurance segment of continuous movement.  It is not necessary to know how to swim. Endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation.

  • *Silver Dolphins — Active seniors will benefit from this style workout.  The format includes a warm-up and cardio portion in the shallow end, followed by toning and ab work in the deep end (optional), then stretching and relaxing.

  • *Aquatic Body Conditioning & Aqua Trim —These classes use the resistance of the water to strengthen and tone your muscles, and buoyancy to keep joint stress low.  The moves include jogging, skis, jacks, and kicks, combined with arm exercises, ending with a concentrated ab workout, then stretches.
